Doing business with Vidao Messenger Inc. ("Vidao"), its web site at http://www.vidao.com, and through its mobile apps (the services provided by Vidao through the web site or mobile apps called the "Services") involves providing information about yourself.

Vidao has implemented technology and security features and policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your customer identifiable information from unauthorized access or improper use.
Although we use industry standard security measures to safeguard your privacy, to the extent permissible by law, our liability in the event of any breach or accidental disclosure is limited to the lesser of actual direct damages suffered by you or $100 CAD, provided that if such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the minimum liability permitted by such law, and in no event shall we be liable for third party, consequential, or indirect damages or losses.
Vidao will not read or disclose to third parties private e-mail or text communications that are transmitted using the Services except as required to operate the Services or as otherwise authorized by law.
Vidao may also use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens Vidao's technology, resources, or any other component of the Services, or that otherwise violates the Vidao Terms of Service Agreement dated October 19, 2016, as updated or amended from time to time.
